Facebook Ads with Squarespace

SignalBridge captures events on your Squarespace store and delivers them to Facebook Ads. The two pages below describe each side in full: what is sent, how to install it and where it stops.

The two sides

Facebook Ads

Connect your Meta ad account and dataset (Pixel) in SignalBridge, then install the SignalBridge script or the Shopify app. Each supported event goes to the Conversions API with a shared event ID, hashed customer details and your fbc and fbp identifiers. Meta merges it with the browser event when both arrive. Events from visitors who have not agreed to marketing tracking are not sent.

Squarespace

On a Squarespace Core, Plus or Advanced plan, paste your SignalBridge snippet into the Header field of Code Injection, and paste it again into the Order confirmation and Order status fields. Squarespace does not allow custom code on checkout pages. Place a test order and check that one Purchase appears with the right value, and use sb_track with Squarespace's order merge tags if it does not.

This pairing does not have a step-by-step guide of its own yet. The two references above cover the connection, the events and the limits for each side.
