By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

SignalBridge provides server-side conversion tracking services that enable businesses to:

• Track conversion events from their websites
• Upload conversion data to advertising platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
• Implement enhanced conversions with hashed user data
• Bypass ad blockers through first-party tracking
• Access analytics dashboards showing conversion performance
• Filter bot traffic from analytics

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use SignalBridge. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use SignalBridge to:

• Track legitimate conversion events from your own websites
• Upload conversion data to advertising platforms you own or manage
• Analyze conversion performance and attribution
• Implement privacy-compliant tracking with user consent

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use SignalBridge to:

• Track websites you do not own or have permission to track
• Upload fraudulent or fake conversion data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use our services for illegal activities

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Conversion data you send is accurate and legitimate
• You have the right to collect and transmit user data
• You comply with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• You obtain necessary user consents

5.2 Platform Integration

When connecting advertising platforms, you must:

• Have admin access to the accounts you connect
• Provide accurate credentials
• Comply with platform-specific terms of service
• Not violate advertising platform policies

5.3 Compliance

You agree to comply with:

• All applicable laws and regulations
• Facebook Business Tools Terms
• Google Ads Terms of Service
• GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws
• Industry best practices for data protection

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Plans and Pricing

SignalBridge offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Current pricing is available on our website and may change with notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.3 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial:

• You may cancel anytime during the trial period
• If you don't cancel, you'll be charged for the selected plan
• One free trial per user

6.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Your data will be deleted 30 days after cancellation

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

SignalBridge and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data
• Transmit data to advertising platforms on your behalf
• Display analytics based on your data

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update our platform
• Change pricing with prior written notice
• Impose usage limits

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalBridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Data you provide or transmit

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription in the dashboard
• Contacting support

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• We are required to do so by law

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to services will cease immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@signalbridgedata.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration provider, under that provider's applicable rules.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignalBridge is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalBridge.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
