SignalBridge Partner Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The SignalBridge Partner Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Partners") to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying customers to SignalBridge. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must have a valid email address and payment account
• You must not be a current employee or contractor of SignalBridge
• Your application is subject to approval at our discretion
• We reserve the right to reject or terminate any partner at any time for violation of these terms

3. Commission Structure

Partners earn a percentage of recurring revenue generated by referred customers. Commission rates increase based on the number of paying customers you refer:

Tier promotions are automatic and apply immediately when you reach the threshold. Commissions are recurring — you earn on every payment the customer makes for the lifetime of their subscription.

4. Referral Tracking

• Referrals are tracked via your unique referral code appended as ?via=YOUR_CODE to any signalbridgedata.com URL
• A tracking cookie is stored for 90 days from the first click
• The referral is attributed to you if the customer subscribes within that 90-day window
• Only the first referring partner gets credit (first-touch attribution)
• Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in commission reversal

5. Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
• Commission hold period: 30 days (to account for refunds and chargebacks)
• Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, or Stripe Connect
• All amounts are in USD
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions in your jurisdiction

6. Tax Obligations

Each Partner is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations related to commissions earned through this Program, including but not limited to:

• Income tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or any other applicable taxes in your country, state, or jurisdiction
• Registering as self-employed, sole trader, or other applicable business entity as required by your local laws
• Filing any required tax returns and making timely tax payments
• Maintaining accurate records of all commissions received

SignalBridge does not withhold taxes from commission payments. We are not responsible for providing tax advice and recommend you consult a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction. SignalBridge may request tax documentation (e.g., invoice, tax ID) before processing payouts where required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions:

• Self-referrals or referring your own accounts/businesses
• Using paid ads that bid on "SignalBridge" branded keywords
• Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading marketing
• Impersonating SignalBridge or creating fake reviews
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of manipulation
• Offering kickbacks or rebates to customers for signing up through your link
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your marketing activities

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed. The 30-day hold period exists to protect both parties from this scenario.

9. Program Changes

SignalBridge reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Partners will be notified via email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, pending approved commissions above the minimum threshold will still be paid out. Pending commissions below the threshold are forfeited. SignalBridge may immediately terminate partners who violate these terms without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

Partners may use SignalBridge logos and marketing materials provided in the partner portal for promotion purposes only. You may not modify our trademarks or use them in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond the referral program.

12. Limitation of Liability

SignalBridge's total liability under this agreement is limited to the commissions earned in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
