SignalBridge is now on the Shopify App Store
We're excited to announce that SignalBridge is now available as an official Shopify App Store app. This means you can install server-side tracking on your Shopify store in under 2 minutes — no code editing, no theme changes, no developer needed.
If you're running paid ads on Facebook, Google, or TikTok and selling on Shopify, this is the fastest way to recover the 20-30% of conversions you're currently losing to ad blockers and iOS privacy restrictions.
What the Shopify app does
Once installed, SignalBridge automatically:
- Captures all e-commerce events — page views, add to cart, checkout started, and purchases — via Shopify webhooks (server-side, not browser-based)
- Sends events to your ad platforms — Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API, and GA4
- Deduplicates events — no double-counting between browser pixel and server events
- Filters bot traffic — crawlers, scrapers, and fake conversions are automatically removed
- Enriches customer data — hashed email, phone, and address data improves Event Match Quality scores
Step-by-step installation guide
Step 1: Find SignalBridge in the Shopify App Store
- Log into your Shopify Admin
- Go to Apps in the left sidebar
- Click Shopify App Store (or go to apps.shopify.com)
- Search for "SignalBridge"
- Click on the SignalBridge app listing
Step 2: Install the app
- Click the Install button on the app listing
- Review the permissions requested (we only access what's needed for tracking)
- Click Install app to confirm
- You'll be redirected to your SignalBridge dashboard
Step 3: Connect your ad platforms
From your SignalBridge dashboard:
- Navigate to your pixel settings
- Scroll to Platform Integrations
- Connect each platform you advertise on:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram):
- Click Connect with Facebook
- Follow the OAuth flow — select your ad account and pixel
- Authorize access
- Done — CAPI events start flowing immediately
Google Ads:
- Click Connect Google Ads
- Follow the OAuth flow — select your conversion actions
- Done — Enhanced Conversions are active
TikTok:
- Click Connect TikTok
- Follow the OAuth flow — select your pixel
- Done — Events API events are flowing
GA4:
- Click Connect GA4
- Follow the prompts
- Done — Measurement Protocol events are active
Step 4: Verify events are flowing
- Go to your Shopify store and browse a product
- Add something to cart
- Return to your SignalBridge dashboard — you should see events appearing in the Event Stream
- Check your ad platform dashboards:
- Facebook Events Manager: Look for events with the "Server" badge
- Google Ads: Check Enhanced Conversions status
- TikTok Events Manager: Server events should appear
Optional: Set up a custom domain
For maximum tracking effectiveness, set up a custom domain. This makes tracking requests appear as first-party traffic from your own domain, which:
- Extends cookie life from 7 days to up to 2 years
- Bypasses most remaining ad blocker rules
- Improves overall data collection rates
- In your SignalBridge dashboard, go to pixel settings
- Enter a subdomain (e.g.,
data.yourstore.com) - Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider:

FAQ
Do I need to edit my theme code?
No. The Shopify app handles everything automatically via webhooks. There's no JavaScript snippet to add, no theme.liquid editing required.
Can I use both the Shopify app and the manual pixel script?
You can, but it's not recommended. The Shopify app captures events via server-side webhooks, while the manual script captures browser-side events. Using both may require careful deduplication configuration. For most Shopify stores, the app alone is sufficient.
What Shopify plans does this work with?
SignalBridge works with all Shopify plans: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.
What events are captured automatically?
The app captures:
- Page views — every page visited on your store
- Product views — when a customer views a product page

How is this different from Shopify's built-in Meta integration?
Shopify's native "Maximum data sharing" for Meta relies on a browser-based Web Pixel to trigger server events. If an ad blocker blocks the Web Pixel, the server event never fires. Can I keep my existing Facebook Pixel running?
